Permission is granted to temporarily access The Final Tape for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in The Final Tape
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

• Use your content to provide analytics and insights
• Create aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement

By uploading trades, you understand that all analysis, metrics, and AI-generated insights are provided for educational self-review only and are derived exclusively from the data you voluntarily provide.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Disclaimer

The Final Tape is a trading journal and performance analysis platform. It allows users to log their own trades and provides AI-driven analysis, metrics, simulations, and a prioritized Kill List of potential improvements based solely on the data you voluntarily provide.

The Final Tape does not provide financial, investment, trading, or any other form of advice. It does not recommend specific securities, strategies, or future trades. The AI Council analysis, Kill List, Monte Carlo simulations, Exit Oracle, What-If scenarios, and all other features are for informational and educational purposes only.

All outputs are general in nature and derived exclusively from your historical trade data. They are not tailored to your individual financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs, and should not be construed as personalized recommendations.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all capital. Past performance (whether actual or simulated) is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical simulations such as Monte Carlo and What-If analyses have inherent limitations and may not reflect actual trading conditions.
