AI Council — Agent 8 of 8
Chief Coaching Officer
Synthesis & prioritization
Seven specialists can disagree. The Chief Coaching Officer resolves the debate and hands you one ranked Kill List — dollar impact first, not noise.
Not another analyst — the synthesizer. Reads all seven specialist JSON outputs, the debate transcript, pre-computed financial context (including specialist __* aggregate blocks), and prior audit comparison — then produces the operational deliverable: letter grade, trajectory, ranked Kill List seeded from precomputed_kill_candidates, debate_synthesis, and action plan.
What the Chief Coaching Officer actually outputs
Not a chat summary — a structured forensic report from your canonical trade tape, with grades, benchmarks, and prioritized recommendations.

Chief Coaching Officer's Assessment
Grade C with improving trajectory: leakage down 18% vs prior window but three high-confidence leaks remain. Debate resolved sizing conflict — reduce Pullback Long in chop before scaling ORB Long. Kill List seeded from precomputed dead setup + timing leak blocks.
Benchmark analysis
What you're doing well
Unanimous across Performance Analyst and Setup Surgeon — scale candidate after risk review.
Total preventable leakage improved vs prior comparable audit window.
Areas needing attention
Dead setup from __dead_setups_summary — negative expectancy over 14 trades.
Entry & Exit Judge + Execution Tactician both flag fear exits; debate prioritized over slippage diagnostics.
Recommended actions
Week 1: Kill Mean Reversion Short; reallocate trade count to ORB Long per Setup Surgeon + CCO debate resolution.
Expected impact: −$340/mo setup bleed removed; concentrates edge on star setup.
Week 2–3: Cap early exits when MFE capture < 50%; hold first partial to plan target.
Expected impact: Recovers ~2.8R/mo from pre-computed timing leak summary.

Frequently asked questions
Why do I need a Chief Coaching Officer if I have seven specialists?
Specialists can disagree — Execution Tactician may flag premature exits while Behavioral Psychologist attributes the same trades to fear. The CCO moderates debate, resolves conflicts with evidence, and outputs one prioritized Kill List instead of seven conflicting reports.
How is the Kill List ranked?
Each item is ranked by estimated monthly dollar impact, seeded from precomputed_kill_candidates (dead setups, regime dangers, timing leaks, behavioral P&L, oversized trades). The CCO reconciles specialist estimates against financial ground truth, weights debate consensus, and sorts by impact.
Where do I see the CCO output in the app?
Kill List tab shows the ranked leakage list. Reality Check (Coach tab) shows grade, strengths, issues, and action plan. Situation Room (Deep Audit) shows debate transcript plus CCO synthesis with kill_list and debate_synthesis blocks.
How does trajectory work?
When a prior comparable audit exists, the CCO compares current grade and total_preventable_leakage_monthly to the previous period. Grade up or leakage down → improving; opposite → declining; otherwise stable. First audit defaults to stable baseline.
Does the CCO invent dollar figures?
No. The prompt requires reconciling against pre-computed financial context and precomputed_kill_candidates from specialist __* aggregate blocks. R-based leaks cite opportunity_cost; behavioral items use emotional_triggers P&L; setup kills use __dead_setups_summary savings.
